The 2026 edition of the Annual Conference of EUROPUR and EURO-MOULDERS will take place in Antwerp, Belgium, on 10 and 11 June 2026 at the Hilton Antwerp Old Town Hotel. This year’s conference marks the 60th anniversary of EUROPUR.
As is usual in our event, the first day will be dedicated to general topics and the second will be dedicated to technical presentation streams such as Sustainability, Automotive, Product Stewardship, amongst others.

EUROPUR Board Meeting and the EURO-MOULDERS General Assembly will be held on 9 June 2026, followed by a joint Board dinner of EUROPUR and EURO-MOULDERS. Please keep this in mind if you are participating in these meetings.
About 60 speakers will provide participants with great insight on topics relevant to flexible PU foam industry in Europe and beyond.

Originally opened in 1531, Handelsbeurs Antwerpen is one of the world’s oldest purpose-built stock exchanges and a true landmark of European commercial history.

Members of EUROPUR and EURO-MOULDERS, as well as guests invited by the Secretariat, are welcome to participate free of charge. Participation is limited to 5 representatives per company that is a member of either EUROPUR or EURO-MOULDERS, or 10 representatives if the organization is a member of both associations.
Board members, speakers and moderators at the conference are not included in the participant limit.
A limited number of prospect member companies may attend, subject to internal approval and payment of a fee.

Our 2026 Annual Event is taking place at the Hilton Antwerp Old Town (Groenplaats 32, 2000 Antwerpen)

You can book accommodation at Hotel Motel One Antwerpen, located just an 8 minute walk from the conference venue. Rates start at 149.8 EUR per person per night for single occupancy, and 167.8 EUR for double occupancy, including city tax and breakfast.

Free cancellation is available until 6:00 pm on the day of arrival.

From Zaventem Airport to Hilton Antwerp Old Town Hotel
Trains run from Zaventem Airport to Antwerp Central Station every 20 minutes. The journey takes about 30 minutes on IC or EC trains.
From Antwerp Central Station, you can take the metro from either Astrid or Diamant station to Groenplaats, the station in front of Hilton Antwerp Old Town Hotel.
From Zaventem Airport to Hotel Motel One Antwerpen
If you have booked accommodation at Hotel Motel One Antwerpen, you can follow the same train and metro route. From Groenplaats, the hotel is approx. 8 minute walk.
Please note that all foreign vehicles entering the Antwerp Low Emission Zone (LEZ) must register in advance, regardless of whether they
meet the emission standards. The only exception is for vehicles with a Dutch license plate. If you are planning to drive into Antwerp, please make sure your

If you require parking, Parking Indigo Antwerpen Groenplaats (Groenplaats 46, 2000 Antwerpen) is located on Groenplaats and includes a reserved area for the Hilton Antwerp Old Town Hotel.
The parking rate is 28.80 EUR per day.
