The 2025 edition of the Annual Conference of EUROPUR and EURO-MOULDERS will take place in Alicante (Benidorm), Spain on 4 and 5 June 2025 at the Melia Villaitana hotel.
As is usual in our event, the first day will be dedicated to general topics and the second will be dedicated to technical presentation streams such as Sustainability, Automotive, Product Stewardship, amongst others.

Nearly 50 speakers will provide participants with great insights on topics relevant to flexible PU foam industry in Europe and beyond.

EUROPUR and EURO-MOULDERS thank Interplasp, who will treat attendees to the Conference Dinner in the picturesque Cupula reception venue within the Melia hotel on 4 June.
Interplasp also invites attendees to enjoy some traditional welcome tapas and drinks on the evening of 3 June at the hotel’s main plaza.

Members of EUROPUR and EURO-MOULDERS and guests invited by the Secretariat of both associations are welcome to participate free of charge. There is a limit of 5 participants per company, member of either EUROPUR or EURO-MOULDERS (10 if your organization is a member of both). Speakers, moderators and Board members do not count in the number of participants per company.

We negotiated a preferential rate at the hotel for 03 – 05 June during which the Conference takes place. However, hotel Melia Villaitana extended the length of stay at the discounted rate for the period from 31 May until 8 June. This gives the participants extra time to enjoy the hotel’s various facilities, such as golf courses, outdoor pools, wellness centre and many other activities nearby. Kindly note that there is an optional shuttle transport to Alicante airport on 5 June at 14.40, offered by EURO-MOULDERS. The journey takes roughly an hour.

In the event that the EUROPUR & EURO-MOULDERS Conference would be reduced in size, cancelled, postponed or relocated on account of decisions taken by national and/or local authorities, weather conditions, strike, lock-out, labor disturbances or any other causes or casualties beyond the control of the organisers, no refund of expenses incurred by attendees shall be made. Participants waive all claims for damage in this case.
By registering to the conference you specifically accept that we may revise the number of allowed participants per company if decisions of Spanish authorities require it.
